Our Company provides complimentary shipping on all items with no minimum purchase. We will also provide a pre-paid, insured shipping label for any items being returned for refund from the purchaser to the Company within thirty (30) days of receipt, and those items being returned for sizing. We ship to our clients anywhere within the continental United States, and can make arrangements to ship to Hawaii and Alaska upon request. For your protection, our Company always:
- Insures all items for their full value,
- Uses only shipping companies which deliver high value parcels in the most safe and expedient manner to our clients, such as Fed-Ex Express and UPS,
- Requires all deliveries be made to a physical home or office address,
- Requires a signature for all packages at the time of delivery, and
- Provides by email upon request a return label with prepaid insured shipping for returns or exchanges.
We understand that you’re busy and may not always be home to receive your deliveries. To ensure your parcel will arrive at the most convenient time for you, a stylist will contact you directly after your purchase is made online to coordinate logistics and delivery of your jewel.
For the protection of your Paolo Costagli parcel, we will not ship any purchase to our clients prior to receiving confirmation in writing that you or someone on your behalf will be available at the scheduled delivery time to sign for and receive the parcel.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or the fit of your piece of jewelry, we offer simple returns with complimentary shipping. We take pride in ensuring our clients are delighted with their purchase and that our jewelry is produced with the highest standards of quality and excellence.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

- The item being returned must be unworn with the original tag intact. If the tag is not attached to the item, or if there are signs of wear, the item will not be eligible for return.
- Be sure to include the original and complete packaging with your parcel. If you fail to include this, your item will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
- Ship your return Monday through Thursday, so that it reaches our office on a business day and without being in transit over the weekend.
- Your refund will be processed within one to two weeks.

Brillante, Brillante Valentina, Florentine, and Ombre Collections:
We provide our clients with one complimentary resizing with the purchase of any ring from the Florentine, Ombre, Brillante and Brillante Valentina collections. Sizing will take one to two weeks to complete. Simply proceed with your online purchase and a stylist will contact you prior to shipping in order to seamlessly coordinate logistics and delivery of your ring. Please note that we are able to adjust our rings to any finger size, but those larger than a size 8 will be subject to an additional charge of $100. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can still return the unworn ring with the original tag attached for up to thirty (30) days from the date you receive it for a full refund, no matter the finger size.
Contemporary Engagement Rings, Eternita, and Valentina Collections:
Any purchase from the Contemporary Engagement Rings, Eternitá or Valentina Collections will be shipped to you, free of charge, so that you may try on the jewel prior to sizing. After purchasing the ring online, a stylist will contact you to coordinate logistics and delivery of your jewel. Included in the shipment with the ring will be a sizing device so that you can confirm the correct finger size for alteration. If you purchase a ring and do not wish to keep it for any reason, you can simply return the ring and the sizing device with the pre-paid label and request by email a full refund (). If you do wish to proceed with altering the size of the ring, please contact a stylist by email and request a pre-paid label for alteration (). We will make the adjustment to your specifications and return the resized ring to you within one to two weeks. Once sizing is complete, this consummates a final sale and the item will not be eligible for return or exchange. Our Company will cover all shipping costs to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and the fit is perfect.
